Stainless Steel Hard Seal Ball Valve
Our stainless steel hard seal ball valve features a metal-to-metal sealing structure for both the sphere and valve seat. This design eliminates the limitations of low operating temperatures seen in soft-sealing ball valves and is ideal for media containing granules. It is specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure applications, handling water, steam, oil, viscous fluids, and media with particulate matter.
Features:
High-Temperature and Granular Media Compatibility: The plate spring-loaded sealing structure in the valve seat is designed to withstand higher temperatures and is effective for media containing granular substances.
Anti-Static Design: The ball can be configured with an anti-static structure, and a conductive spring between the ball and stem ensures that static electricity is dissipated, preventing sparks that could ignite flammable materials, ensuring system safety.
Auxiliary Seal Structure: The valve seat can be fitted with an auxiliary seal structure. Grease valves can be added to temporarily seal the valve seat and stem, offering an emergency sealing solution. Additionally, the stem can be extended for installation in buried or hard-to-reach locations, as required.
Standards:
Design Specifications: API 6D, API 608, BS 5351, GB/T 12237
Structure Length: ASME B16.10, GB/T 12221
Flange Connection: ASME B16.5, GB/T 9113
Test and Inspection: GB/T 13927, API 598, API 6D
This durable and efficient valve is ideal for industrial equipment and pipelines where high temperature, pressure, and media with particulate content are involved. Its robust construction ensures longevity and reliable performance in demanding conditions.
