Job Handyman (Residential Renovation)

Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent. We are actively seeking a General Handyman to help us create masterpiece basements in the Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

AGM’s Handyman will read a PDF copy of work to be finished. The Handyman will take the job from 95% complete to 100%, and get the client’s sign-off.

Work includes, but not limited to:

• Purchase and install registers
• Purchase and install access panels
• Purchase and install bathroom fixtures
• clean windows
• silicone showers
• caulk/fill holes, paint, install fireplace
• tiling
• materials delivery

Handyman reports directly to the project manager and will leave the site 100% clean when done. Handyman will also sometimes be called for odd jobs, left by other trades that may have been called away for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Drywall
• Taping/mudding
• Painting
• Flooring installation
• Baseboard, doors & casing installation, filling and painting
• Creating MDF access panels for Electrical panels and/or water meter access
