Role Profile
Working remotely, in this position your mandate will be to assess the strength of your clients’ cybersecurity resilience, readiness, and defenses. You’ll design and execute attack simulations that represent a range of adversaries, detecting, defining, exploiting and remediating network and application vulnerabilities, and producing comprehensive reporting on the results.

As an active member of the community, you'll experiment, research, innovate, learn, teach, and speak at conferences.

You’ll coach and mentor your colleagues, eventually building a team around you.

Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate, you're an elite red team operator, highly skilled in adversarial emulation, custom exploit development, endpoint and network evasion techniques, and assumed breach scenario development.

You're an exceptional communicator with finely honed interpersonal skills, able to tailor your messaging to a range of audiences and engage and build relationships with clients, colleagues and cyber community members. You speak and write with clarity and precision.

You're a relentless learner and active contributor, keen to play a role in advancing the knowledge and capabilities of the community. You share your passion and dedication to the craft not just through your day job, but through your contributions to the community – on GitHub, in blogs, papers, presentations, and other media. As a naturally technical person, you’re more interested in concrete problems and solutions than you are in “thought leadership.”

With a founder’s mindset, you’re highly entrepreneurial, driven to initiate and lead, energized by the opportunity to grow and make an impact.

Certifications? You likely have some, or several, but we value knowledge, skills and experience over letters.
