Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:
- Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions
- Advocate for clients’ needs
- Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition
- Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care
- Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians
- Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
- Create moments of joy for clients during your care
- Must be lisenced and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Community home care experience is preferred
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required
- RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $32.50
