WHAT WE OFFER
We’re hiring Full-Time Cashier Talent starting at $18.12/hr. ($725 weekly), plus performance incentives to boost your earnings up to $19/hr. ($760 weekly).

THE ROLE
Cashier
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customers' needs and requests.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.
Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, as well as preparing and delivering customer orders to keep the sales floor well-stocked and orderly.
Respond promptly and politely to customers, whether by phone or at the counter, while providing courteous and professional service.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A customer-focused attitude—whether you have 1+ years of experience as a cashier or are eager to learn, if you’re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.
A passion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.
An eagerness to learn and grow—we’ll provide the training you need to develop your skills and improve performance.
